Shavuot is a festival of light, study, and family celebration. But for many families in the Galilee, the preparations for the holiday are accompanied by deep financial worry. The costs of dairy products, meat, and holiday essentials have become an unbearable burden.
At Kupat Rabbi Yehuda Bar Ilai, we work to ensure that in these homes, the holiday table is full and the spirit is bright. This year, we have set a goal: to provide a "Dignified Shavuot Basket" to hundreds of families and Torah scholars via pre-paid cards—with total privacy and absolute dignity.
